Xbox stance on bullying and harassment
Bullying and harassment can include hurtful language which targets an individual or group of people, trolling, spreading rumours and excluding people from online communities. In the case of harassment, the behaviour is repeated and intended to cause distress. Repeated harassment should be reported to the police.
Xbox allows 'trash talk' (any light-hearted banter or bragging that focuses on the game), and undertsand that it is an expected part of competitive gaminh. However, Xbox does not allow hate, or trash talk turns into harassment.
