Match's stance on impersonation
Impersonation is when someone assumes the identity of another person to harass or defraud them. It can also include behaviours such as creating fake accounts or hijacking accounts, usually with the intent of targeting an individual.
Match does not allow users to impersonate or misrepresent affiliation, connection or association with any person or entity. Match will ban any scammers, impersonators, fraudsters or criminals and may report them to the police.
