Facebook's stance on self-injury and suicide.

Most platforms do not allow any content which encourages, instructs or glorifies self-harm or suicide. Some platforms have processes in place for safeguarding users who view or share this type of content.

Facebook aims to remove any content that identifies and negatively targets victims or survivors of self-injury or suicide, either seriously, in humour or rhetorically. Facebook do, however, allow people to share information about self-injury and suicide for discussion so long as they do not promote self-injury or suicide.

Report self-injury and suicide on Facebook here.
